Agent will monitor Client’s itinerary for any Supplier-related changes, relay required information from the Supplier to you and from you to the Supplier, and monitor and manage the reservation process.
“Supplier(s)” will refer to all hotels, resorts, excursion companies, vendors, tour companies, and ground transportation providers contained in Agent’s itinerary for Client.
Client acknowledges that they are responsible for all payments to hotels, vendors, suppliers, activities and transportation. Agent will facilitate payments on Client’s behalf and manage all communications with vendors.
Client will provide Agent with name, telephone and email for each member of their group.
Agent will send out Credit Card Authorizations forms to Client and the members of their group responsible for payment. Client will make sure that credit card authorizations are returned to Agent in a timely manner from receipt. Client acknowledges that Supplier pricing is subject to change until the time a booking is confirmed.
Client understands that Agent is not responsible for any flight delays, cancellations, changes or weather inconveniences and strongly advises on purchasing travel insurance, for which Agent can provide quotes.
Trip planning fee is non-refundable.
If Client decides to cancel trip, Client is subject to the cancellation policies of the each Supplier respectively. Client is responsible for paying any Supplier penalties for cancellations according each Supplier’s guidelines. Agent is not responsible for the facilitation of refunds, or issuance of credits between Supplier and Client.
Accommodations must be booked through Agent with Agent IATA#. If Client chooses to self-book accommodations, contract may be terminated and/or a 10% service fee will be billed per non-qualifying hotel booking.
For refundable deposits: Accommodations must be booked through Agent with Agent IATA#. If Client chooses to self-book accommodations, the planning fee will not be refunded.
If client wishes to book with Credit Card Points, it must be discussed during the discovery call. If Client decides to book their accomodation with Credit Card Point after receiving the proposal and quotes, contract may be terminated and/or a 10% service fee will be billed per non-qualifying hotel booking.
Agent is not responsible for booking any of Client's airfare, unless otherwise agreed upon which shall be made in writing upon agreement.
Quotes in a foreign currency fluctuate with exchange rates and international payments may carry a foreign transaction fee.
Agent will make every effort to honor the price as originally quoted, however, under certain circumstances additional costs by a supplier or government may be imposed due to an increase in the cost for one or more of the travel components.
Correct legal names that match identification to be used for travel must be provided by the client to Agent. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information. Agent is not responsible for costs incurred by incorrect information provided for travel planning.
Certain suppliers reserve the right to increase prices to cover increased costs, fuel surcharges, tariffs and taxes, and to reflect fluctuations in foreign exchange markets.
If for any reason my credit card charges are later declined, reversed, or Agent is unable to receive payment for the travel plans and services, I acknowledge that this is a binding contract between myself and Agent / Terre Travel shall be entitled to recovery, including reasonable attorneys’ fees in connection with collection.
Agent offers retail travel services to customers, which are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel services. Terre Travel does not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of the independent travel vendors. Hence, customer agrees that Agent acts only as agent for the client in acquiring transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing and other privileges, or services for the clients’ benefit, and on the express condition that Agent shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements, or otherwise in connection therewith.
